About OUR Organic Marula Oil
Marula oil comes from the fruit of the Marula tree and is an indigenous tree of South Africa.  It’s a very
hardy tree, resistant to drought and is found all over from the woodlands to the bushveld.  The fruit of
the Marula tree is where the wonder oil comes from.  Inside the fruit there are two or more large kernels
that are rich in oil, so much so that it can be squeezed out by hand.
Marula oil has many uses making it an even more appealing substance.  From being used as a cooking
oil with excellent antioxidant properties, to terrific treatments for the skin, hair and nails, this oil is a popular one among the South African women.
As a skin treatment, this oil is used to help with dry skin that has become cracked or chapped, works
wonders as an anti aging cream, is used for a massage oil for babies, is used for the delicate and
sometimes over stressed skin around the eyes, reduces redness in the skin, and makes a great oil to
keep the skin of the feet and hands soft and hydrated.
Other skin benefits include being a good treatment for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis
and aids in helping to fade scares.  The fact that this oil is non greasy, makes it a great choice for
