This listing is for a service to replace the rechargeable batteries inside your unit. So you will need to ship you battery pack to us. We will disassemble it and install brand new batteries into your unit.
The batteries we use are high quality batteries with longer life per charge.
These battery packs are known to fail, make sure you choose a professional to service your unit. Many others will only be able to replace the battery, but cannot do repair. We have you 100% covered, no matter what.
We will beat any price with a quote to show. The batteries can fail from circuitry problems, it is important that the person servicing your unit can and is able to diagnosis and repair the circuitry inside as well.
The batteries we use are high quality batteries with the same or longer life per charge.
If your unit has any other issues besides the battery, that would be a repair and not covered in the services listed here.
Repairs for this model are $250, and that includes a new battery. In the case that your unit requires repair, we would message you for your approval to upgrade to repair. If you accept, we would invoice you for the difference.
If you decide not to upgrade and you would like your unit returned, we would refund your purchase minus $25 for our time taken to install and remove the new battery and return shipping.
If you do not want the unit back, we would provide a full refund.
Do not buy used battery packs, they will fail soon. Rebuilding your battery pack will give your unit the same or more life than new.
After the completion of your service, we will ship it back to you for free.

Repair Leadtimes
A normal repair can be completed within 2-3days.
Warranty Information
Our repairs are guaranteed for 6 months beginning on the day we ship your unit back to you.
We will gladly accept all warranty claims. You will need to pay for shipping to us, and the return shipping will be at our expense. There will be no other charges at all.
All customer units are logged in our system with their model and serial number from the side of the housing. If these numbers do not match upon return, we cannot honor your warranty.
All of the internals of your unit will also be documented and marked prior to shipping back to you. If these markings are missing because of boards being swapped or someone attempting repair, we cannot honor your warranty.
Please do not open up or attempt to repair your unit.
If your warranty claim is not accepted, you can either decide to get the unit repaired again or have it returned at your expense.

All warranty claims MUST be shipped back to us for warranty evaluation.
