Once bill is paid for the parts necessary for your iPod, a technician will complete your repair. Then your iPod will be shipped and on its way back to you in no time!

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the 14-day warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you.  We offer a warranty unlike other sellers because we are confident in our products. If you have any problems with it within a 60 day period from the date of purchase, we will replace it for you with a working unit. We do not cover any accidental damage, such as water damage
Defective products can be returned for exchange only. No refunds.
In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing exchanges. All returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
