IMPORTANT:
The port must look physically damaged with pins bent, broken or missing. If motherboard has ripped pads, broken traces or missing components due to improper/failed HDMI port removal/replacement attempts, or if HDMI port looks fine and system boots to white light, but doesn’t produce any image on TV when HDMI cable is connected – see the auction for

This repair service doesn’t cover any problems other than HDMI port replacement.
Make sure your system boots into a white light, before sending the motherboard (or the system) in. If it’s just continuously pulsating with a blue light and it never changes to white – this problem has nothing to do with HDMI circuitry (even if the port is damaged), and it’s not repairable.
