Vintage Parian Doll 7" Molded Bonnet Head Doll – Reproduction of Antique Doll ?

Vintage Reproduction of Antique Parian Doll 7″ Molded Bonnet Head Doll – Dollhouse sized doll.
I believe this pretty little doll doll is a reproduction – it’s cloth / linen body is too nice – but she could be older.  Someone has written “Roxanna” on her chest – I do not know if this is the name of the maker or the name of the doll.  Doll has porcelain shoulder head and porcelain arms and legs with little black boots.  Her body / torso is cloth, looks like linen.  She is wearing a hand made vintage dress and slip and pantaloons.  I did not undress her because the dress is sewn to stay on and I did not want to damage the dress.  Doll is in good clean unbroken unchipped condition.  If she is a reproduction doll she is a nice one.  I can not find another like her to compare her to.
